SOMERS POINT
STEM LAB

The Somers Point STEM Lab is teaming up with a local business, Goofy Golf, in order to provide students with a real-world design challenge. The miniature golf course is located on the world famous boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. Each year, Goofy Golf updates its course in order to stay current and provide its customers with new and exciting mini-golf obstacles. This year the golf course is calling upon the Somers Point STEM Lab students to design one of its older and dated holes.
The golf course will also host it's annual design competition which is open to 3rd to 8th grade students of New Jersey Public Schools. This year, students from Somers Point, Egg Harbor Township, and Atlantic City have registered to compete in the Goofy Golf STEM challenge.
